For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Jaimod,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Jaimod Co., Ltd. and any of its affiliated entities acting in the capacity of a data controller or data processor, depending on the context.

We at Jaimod Co., Ltd. take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we manage, collect, use, disclose, and/or process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“Thai PDPA”).

Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

  • “Customer” refers to any individual who contacts us or enters into an agreement for our products or services.

  • “Personal Data” means any data that relates to an identifiable individual, such as name, address, email, financial information, identification documents, transaction history, and other related information.

  • When you or your authorized representative voluntarily provide it;

  • When necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC) or similar regulations as required by Thai regulators or our payment partners;

  • When permitted by law without your consent.
     

We will seek your consent before collecting additional data or using your data for purposes not previously disclosed (unless permitted by law).

Usage

We may collect and use your Personal Data for the following permitted purposes:

  • Jaimod’s affiliates and subsidiaries;

  • Professional advisers, legal and audit firms;

  • Payment processors and financial institutions;

  • Government authorities such as the Bank of Thailand, Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), or Revenue Department when required;

  • Any party you authorize us to disclose your data to.
     

All disclosures are made in accordance with Thai PDPA obligations on confidentiality and necessity.

3. LEGITIMATE INTEREST

Under Thai PDPA, we may process your Personal Data without explicit consent when doing so is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not override your fundamental rights. This includes:

  • Fraud detection and prevention;

  • Platform and transaction misuse monitoring;

  • Credit and risk analysis;

  • Prevention of data loss or misuse on company-issued devices.

4. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO). We may inform you of any consequences, including impact on the provision of our services.

You may request access to or correction of your Personal Data by contacting our DPO. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests and will respond within the time permitted by Thai law.

  • Regular vulnerability assessments

  • Secure disposal of data

8. RETENTION

Your data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by Thai law, including:

  • Up to 10 years for financial records under Thai Revenue Code

  • Longer periods where legal disputes or regulatory obligations require it
     

You may request deletion of your data via your account or by contacting our DPO.

 

9. STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure, locally or internationally, with appropriate safeguards in place as required under the Thai PDPA.

10. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THAILAND

Where necessary, we may transfer data to third parties outside of Thailand. In such cases, we ensure:

  • Appropriate data protection standards are met (e.g., Binding Corporate Rules or contracts under Section 29 of the Thai PDPA);

  • The foreign jurisdiction provides adequate data protection, or we implement contractual safeguards.
